Brothers Plead Guilty in North Carolina Roofing Scam Sting
Roofing News Two North Carolina brothers have pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a roofing fraud sting that investigators said caught workers intentionally damaging a roof to support an insurance claim. North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey announced Aug. 31 that Brett William Bentley, 28, and Robert Allen Bentley, 36, both of Charlotte, entered guilty pleas in Wake County District Court earlier in August. Both men worked for A&M Premier Roofing & Construction.
