A Texas roofer was sentenced to five years of community supervision and ordered to repay $64,000 after pleading guilty in a case involving unnecessary roof repairs sold to a 71-year-old homeowner. Levy Aaron Lee, 33, of Van, Texas, pleaded guilty to financial abuse of an elderly person involving $30,000 or more but less than $150,000, a second-degree felony under Texas law.
