Woman taken for organ donation discovered alive, lawsuit says
JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT/Gray News) — The case of a woman who was still alive when she was taken for organ harvesting is entering another chapter in its legal battle. On Thursday, the Mississippi Supreme Court overturned a lower court’s decision to dismiss the case filed by the estate of Paula Denison against the Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency (MORA) and others. The Mississippi Supreme Court said the lower court erred by relying on outside materials when granting a motion to dismiss.

(InvestigateTV) — The U.S. Secret Service is warning about a crypto investment scam known as "pig butchering." Michael Peck, assistant special agent in charge with the U.S. Secret Service, said the agency continues to see a rise in the scams. “Pig butchering today is the modern-day Ponzi scheme. It just uses crypto. If you think of butchering a pig, you start with a piglet then you fatten it up—you butcher it.
