GLENDALE, Ariz. (AZFamily/Gray News) - The neighbors of an elderly Arizona couple say the husband tried to pull his wife out of their burning home but was, sadly, unable to save her. Her body was later found inside the house. Crews with the Glendale Fire Department responded around 1 a.m. Sunday to a fire at an elderly couple’s home. Officials say the husband was outside when crews arrived, and his wife was found inside. She was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Two helicopters collided over Rio de Janeiro, crashing and killing all six people aboard, firefighters said.

CONCORD, N.C. (WBTV/Gray News) - Newly obtained video shows the arrest of a man accused of killing two people at a Sun Drop bottling facility in North Carolina in 2008. Johnny Steven Talbert was arrested on May 21 in Port Angeles, Washington State. He was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of robbery with a firearm, stemming from a shooting on the other end of the country.
