NEW YORK (AP) — Peter Max, whose colorful, psychedelic pop art expressed the optimism of the “flower power” movement of the 1960s and graced everything from postage stamps to a cruise ship, has died at 88, his son said in a written statement Wednesday. MEMPHIS (WMC/Gray News) - Authorities arrested 13 people after they were allegedly caught stealing $250k of chicken from a semi-trailer. According to a press release, Javunte Johnson, 33, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm; an arrest warrant was executed for him for aggravated robbery. Authorities found Johnson, along with 12 other people, unloading stolen pallets of chicken, valued at $250,000, from an 18-wheeler in the back parking lot of an Economy Inn.
