In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add salt, pepper and any additional seasonings. Chop tomato. Add garlic to tomato and mix well. Cilantro may be added to tomato mixture or kept separate. Slice avocado. Spray a medium sized skillet with nonstick cooking spray or a small amount of cooking oil and place over medium heat.
