Kenny Chesney has been cleared of liability in a lawsuit brought by a woman who said she was scammed by someone impersonating the country star. A California appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision to dismiss all claims against Chesney, ruling that the singer did not have a legal duty to warn or protect the woman from the impersonator's scam.

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend's brother is speaking out as new details emerge about the actress' sudden death and the circumstances surrounding the hours before she was found unresponsive. The Lux Motors Car Show is bringing cars, food, and plenty of four-legged friends to Friedman Park in Newburgh on Saturday, September 5, all while raising money for a great cause. The proceeds from the event benefit Daisy's New Beginnings, an Evansville-area non-profit that funds life-saving veterinary care for rescue dogs in need.

Last October, I shared the news that Evansville’s beloved speakeasy, Hush, had closed its doors. If you'd never had the chance to make it into the 1920s-themed bar, it was meticulously crafted and curated by owner Brendon Meier. There were actual antiques, real movie props, a baby grand piano, and a lot of attention to detail. Meier sold the space to someone planning to use it as a private bar, officially ending Hush as we knew it.

If you've ever met me, you know that I have a passion for horses. My daughter started taking lessons several years ago, and her passion blossomed into us owning a couple of our own. We board them at a barn in Elberfeld, and since I don't have the time or desire to ride my personal horse all that often, I loan him to the barn to do lessons. He's a really chill dude, so he gets to hang out with little kids and even some special needs folks.

Owning a dog is expensive. My daughter is learning this the hard way. We fostered a sweet Doberman puppy from It Takes a Village, and she decided she wanted to keep him. The deal was that she has to pay for him and his care. I'm already paying for two horses, a dog, and a cat. On top of his adoption fee, there's vetting, food, and all the extras that come with having a high-energy puppy.

There will be no Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in 2027. Here's the reason why. The festival says it's on a break after miserable weather the last two years, but that's just part of the full story. Bonnaroo is an annual music and arts festival in Manchester, Tenn. It started in 2002 and audiences grew to 100,000 for the weekend before declining in recent years. 2027 will actually be the second time in three years there was no Bonnaroo.
