CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Dozens rallied outside Charlotte’s immigration office for a single mother with three children. Minerva Garcia is fighting to stay in North Carolina. She was full of emotion as she prepared to walk inside the Department of Homeland Security in Charlotte. "I really don't know what's going happen inside. I'm scared, but I'm hoping to come out,” she said. Garcia came to the United States from Mexico more than 18 years ago so that her oldest son, who’s blind, could get services.
