The Just Me & You Tour with Tony! Toni! Tone! was a concert of a lifetime, marking a long-awaited and overdue reunion of the iconic trio, Raphael Saadiq, D’Wayne Wiggins, and Timothy Christian Riley, after a 25-year hiatus. The night was a testament to the enduring magic of their music, filled with nostalgia and remarkable performances. The event began with a DJ playing classic “Old School” hits, immediately transporting the audience back in time as they eagerly awaited the main act.
What’s Next After Roc Nation Debut ‘You’re The Problem’
RJAE is an artist that you need to keep on your radar. The New Orleans-bred artist is able to use his talents in both singing and rapping to share his personal experiences through music. Growing up, he studied artists such as Lauryn Hill, Simply Red, Sade, Missy Elliott, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and Eminem. This year however, he was able to not only connect with a hometown hero, but share the stage with him as well. “New Orleans is heavily based in music.
The Hot Corner: Plays for Monday, August 14th
Tough week overall but the turn around has begun at the tail end of the week. Back to the lab! Logan Gilbert U5.5 Ks +100 *KC avg 7.33 Ks in L3 *KC strikes out 19.5% vs RHP in L30 *3 strikeout targets Gilbert has been absolutely dealing as of late but doesn’t hit over 6 unless its one of the weaker lineups. Kansas City has become one of the better teams at making contact and I like that to continue. Take the under with confidence.

Struggles continue. Back to the lab we go! Aaron Civale U4.5 Ks +100 *CLE avg 7.67 Ks in L3 *CLE strikes out 17.4% vs RHP in L30 *2 strikeout targets Narrative aside I like the under here with Civale facing his former club. Guardians are some of the best contact lineups and I like it to continue. He struggled to finish off Tiger batters and Guardians won’t be easier.
The Hot Corner: Plays for Thursday, August 10th
Struggles continue – adjusting the model and getting back to the lab. Kenta Maeda O6.5 Ks -137 *DET strikes out 2nd most in L3 (11.67) *DET strikes out 24.5% vs RHP in L30 *4 strikeout targets Maeda has been a strikeout artist this season. Maeda’s away splits are superior and this Detroit lineup yielded 12 Ks yesterday. Trust the sub 2 ERA man over last two months.
The Hot Corner: Plays for Wednesday, August 9th
Tough start to the week. Back to the lab we go! Bailey Ober O5.5 Ks -104 *DET strikes out 23.8% vs RHP in L30 *DET strike out 2nd most in L3 (12.33) *5 strikeout targets Ober had 8 Ks vs Detroit in his only other matchup this season and as it stands it is another favorable matchup.
The Hot Corner: Plays for Tuesday, August 8th
Horrible two week stretch. Back to the lab we go! Braxton Garrett O5.5 Ks -141 *CIN strikes out 23.5% vs LHP in L30 *CIN strikes out 3rd most in L3 (12) *5 strikeout targets Garrett has had quite a rough July where most of his starts are at home – worse side of his splits. He now gets the Reds who have been one of biggest free swingers team in the league. I have faith that Garrett gets it right against Cincy – take the over with confidence.
Angie Stone Wants To Know Your ‘Love Language’: Interview
Angie Stone is back. The Grammy-nominated singer released her tenth studio album Love Language back in May. The project was led by singles “Kiss You,” “Good Man,” and “The Gym,” featuring R&B legend Musiq Soulchild. While many of the influential singer’s past albums have spotlit her neo-soul background, Love Language uses Stones’ ability to shapeshift into a body of work that not only means a lot to her but that resonates to music’s current climate.
The Hot Corner: Plays for Friday, August 4th
The hook was not kind to us these last two days. Back to the lab we go! Graham Ashcraft U3.5 Ks +118 *WAS strikes out 18.5% vs RHP in L30 *WAS avg 7.33 Ks in L3 *2 strikeout targets Ashcraft has not been a strikeout pitcher this season and now gets the Nationals who earlier in the season struck out 3 over 7 innings. With an inflated game total and his home splits having a higher ERA & opponent batting average. It will be a sweat but it is the best move.
The Hot Corner: Plays for Thursday, August 3rd
Was a strikeout away from the parlay cash. Getting back on track – back to the lab we go! Max Scherzer O7.5 Ks -104 *CWS strikes out 24.1% vs RHP in L30 *CWS strike out 2nd most in L3 *6 strikeout targets Scherzer first start for his new club and gets the Sox lineup who has been striking out at 2nd highest rate in L3. Scherzer has been tapping out at 7 Ks in July but with this lineup he should clear that with ease.
