Prospective evaluation of a real-time AI assistant for outpatient documentation and quality control
Abstract Outpatient electronic medical record (EMR) quality is highly variable, yet few tools exist to support real-time documentation. Here we developed SMART-ASSISTANT, an end-to-end AI system that automates EMR writing for outpatients through integrated audio transcription, structured EMR generation, quality control, and assisted diagnosis.

Development and Validation of an AI‐Driven System for Automatic Literature Analysis and Molecular Regulatory Network Construction
Construction and Validation of GENET The relation triples extracted by the automatic literature analysis model were deduplicated, standardized, and aggregated to create a visual knowledge graph using the AntV G6 framework. In this graph, nodes represent entities, and edges represent the relationships between these entities.
Shatianyu (Citrus grandis L. Osbeck) whole fruit alleviated loperamide-induced constipation via enhancing gut microbiota-mediated intestinal serotonin secretion and mucosa barrier homeostasis
Shatianyu (Citrus grandis L. Osbeck) whole fruit alleviated loperamide-induced constipation via enhancing gut microbiota-mediated intestinal serotonin secretion and mucosa barrier homeostasis This study aims to explore the effects of Shatianyu (Citrus grandis L. Osbeck) whole fruit powder (SWFP) enriched in flavonoids and dietary fiber on loperamide-induced constipation after 4-week administration in diet, together with the possible microbiota-mediated mechanisms.

Machine learning and deep learning to identifying subarachnoid haemorrhage macrophage‐associated biomarkers by bulk and single‐cell sequencing
1 INTRODUCTION Subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) is characterised by bleeding in the subarachnoid space, commonly caused by intracranial aneurysm rupture.1 SAH has a significant impact on public health, with an estimated annual incidence of 6–16 cases per 100,000 people.
Progress and Perspective of Bio-asphalt Preparation, Structural Characterization, and Rheological Properties
As a renewable resource that can replace petroleum asphalt, bio-asphalt has been extensively studied in the past decade. To further advance the utilization of bio-asphalt in road construction, the preparation, structural characterization, and rheological characteristics of bio-asphalt were reviewed. First, the production procedure of biomass pyrolysis and liquefaction for bio-oil generation was outlined.

Modulation effect of black rice dietary fiber on the metabolism and fermentation of cyanidin-3-glucoside in an in vitro human colonic model Shuai Zhang, Mei Deng, Ruifen Zhang, Xuchao Jia, Fei Huang, Dong Zhao, Lihong Dong, Jianwei Chi, zhida sun, Ma Qin and Mingwei Zhang Abstract Black rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a great source of anthocyanins and dietary fiber and possesses various health-promoting activities.
Characteristics of Diaphragmatic and Chest Wall Motion in People with Normal Pulmonary Function: A Study with Free-Breathing Dynamic MRI
4. Discussion In this study, using 2D dynamic MRI, we explored the characteristics of chest wall and diaphragmatic motion in three vertical directions (thoracic anterior–posterior, left–right, cranial–caudal direction) during quiet and deep breathing in males with normal lung function. We found that the motion of chest wall is more prominent in the anterior-posterior direction on three transversal planes representing the upper, middle, and lower chest wall during both quiet and deep breathing.
