What was your first job as a journalist?
I'm not really a journalist, however, I started a blog about two years ago and haven't stopped writing since!
Have you ever used a typewriter?
No, but I seriously wish I had. Talk about no distractions!
How is social media changing news?
It definately makes it a much faster paced environment with the potential to spread like wild fire. It's got it's good and bad days.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
By email. Definitely.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter. By far. Simple & straight forward communication with the world from my pocket. Amazing.
Who do you wish followed you?
Some of the bigger food bloggers & writers. That would be a real blessing.
Why did you become a journalist?
I became a writer because I wanted to show the world what life was like backstage. What happened behind closed doors. What the truths were.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Nope. However I could have been the school photographer.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
It's actually not finished yet...
