Melissa Slaughter

Melissa is an LA-based podcast producer with Pineapple Street Studios. She's worked closely with Netflix (Behind The Scenes, You Can't Make This Up), HBO (Chernobyl, House of the Dragon), Amazon Studios (Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power) , and Apple TV + (Project Unabom, Magnificent Jerk). Magnificent Jerk was listed in both Vulture and The New Yorker's "Best Podcast of 2023".

Melissa also has written for The Nerds of Color, Hello Giggles, Buzzfeed, Nerdophiles and Onstage Blog. A graduate of the Santa Fe University of Art and Design, she has lived in every time zone in the contiguous US. You can find her @savage_slaughter on Instagram.
