My Pain Migraine!
Most of us have experienced headaches through our lives and although painful and inconvenient they can often be treated with ibuprofen. But Migraines are a different type of painful experience, they can start as headaches and then morph into all sorts of symptoms and disorientation, from sharp pains in the eyes causing blurred vision, throbbing on one side of the head, loss of balance, and nausea to vertigo and dizziness.
The Value of Conservatism in the NFL: An Editorial
You know, friends, I am a "conservative" in this respect: I do not believe in fixing things that are not broken; and I do not believe in reinventing a wheel. The Eagles gave Bradford a two-year contract worth up to $40 million, with $26 million guaranteed. While that sounds like an awful lot of money, it really isn't. The fact that Bradford's agent, Tom Condon, settled for a two-year deal proves that there wasn't much of market for the quarterback's services.

Abhyanga is an ancient Indian Ayurvedic oil massage therapy for healing and detoxifying Body, Mind and Spirit. The purpose of Ayurvedic daily oil massage as part of the daily routine is to balance the nervous system, prevent physiological imbalances and to lubricate and promote flexibility of the muscles, tissues, and joints. Ayurveda texts state that daily massage promotes softness, youthfulness and luster of the skin.
