Fully Dense α-SiC Ceramics With Enhanced Strength and Toughness Fabricated by High-Pressure Sintering
1 Introduction Hexagonal close-packed (HCP) silicon carbide (α-SiC) ceramics exhibit exceptional properties for a range of applications, including high hardness, excellent thermal conductivity, superior mechanical strength, high-chemical stability, and outstanding oxidation resistance. These properties make α-SiC ceramics useful in wide fields, such as aerospace, nuclear energy, defense, and semiconductors [1-3].

Glucose Oxidase Energized Osmium with Dual‐Active Centers and Triple Enzyme Activities for Infected Diabetic Wound Management
Diabetic wounds are susceptible to bacterial infections, largely linked to high blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia). To treat such wounds, enzymes like glucose oxidase (GOx) can be combined with nanozymes (nanomaterials mimic enzymes) to use glucose effectively for purposes. However, there is still room for improvement in these systems, particularly in terms of process simplification, enzyme activity regulation, and treatment effects.
