What was your first job as a journalist?

My first job was with The Hindustan Times as a News Application Developer in New Delhi, India, where I worked on data-driven stories.

Have you ever used a typewriter?

Nope.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

I primarily use a couple of programming languages like Python (data wrangling), D3 (data visualization). I also use spreadsheets.

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter.

What's your favorite drink?

Vanilla Milkshake.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

At the movies or at a bookstore.
