Thermal Behavior and Local Structural Organization in Curcumin Polymorphs’ Bulk Phase: A Molecular Dynamics Simulation Analysis
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! Curcumin (CUR), a bioactive compound with known polymorphism, exhibits distinct conformational and thermophysical properties across its three crystalline forms. In this study, we employ molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the thermal behavior, local structural organization, and polymorph-specific stability of CUR in the bulk phase.
Density and Viscosity of Magnesium Chloride Solution in N-Methylacetamide over the Temperature Range from 308.15 to 328.15 K at Ambient Pressure
Abstract The values of densities in N-methylacetamide solutions of magnesium chloride have been measured at atmospheric pressure using an Anton Paar DMA 5000M high-precision vibrating U-tube densimeter at temperatures ranging from 308.15 to 328.15 K, ΔT = 5 K, and in the concentration range from 0 to 0.083 mol·kg–1. The kinematic viscosity for these mixtures has been measured at the same thermodynamic conditions using an Ubbelohde viscometer.
Density and Viscosity of Zinc Chloride Solution in N-Methylacetamide over the Temperature Range from 308.15 to 328.15 K at Atmospheric Pressure
The densities of zinc chloride in N-methylacetamide solutions have been measured at atmospheric pressure (99.6 ± 0.8) kPa using an Anton Paar DMA 5000 M digital vibrating U-tube densimeter at temperatures ranging from 308.15 to 328.15 K, with ΔT = 5 K, and in the concentration range from 0 to 1.3 mol·kg–1. The kinematic viscosity for these compositions has been measured under the same thermodynamic conditions as for the measurements of densities, made with an Ubbelohde viscometer.
Correction to “Density and Viscosity of N-Methylacetamide-Calcium Chloride Mixtures over the Temperature Range from 308.15 to 328.15 K at Atmospheric Pressure” - Journal of Chemical & Engineering Data (ACS Publications)
Several errors were found in the Results and Discussion section. We recognize the presence of some errors in eq 3 on p 4129 of the original paper (J. Chem. Eng. Data 2017, 62 (12), 4128–4132). It was noticed that errors in eq 3 preclude correct calculation of the apparent molar volumes of calcium chloride. This error was due to our mistake.
Density and Viscosity of N-Methylacetamide-Calcium Chloride Mixtures over the Temperature Range from 308.15 to 328.15 K at Atmospheric Pressure
The values of densities in N-methylacetamide solutions of calcium chloride have been measured at atmospheric pressure using an Anton Paar digital vibrating U-tube densimeter at temperatures ranging from 308.15 to 328.15 K, ?T = 5 K and in the concentration range from 0 to 0.355 mol·kg–1. The kinematic viscosity for these mixtures has been measured at the same thermodynamic conditions using an Ubbelohde viscometer.
