There's no good time, just send me an email and if I'm interested I'll get back to you. I rarely write stories based on PR pitches.
What's the best pitch you ever got?
So many good ones from freelance journalists that I can't possibly choose. Most unsolicited PR goes straight in the bin I'm afraid.
