I wanted to explore the creative side of my writing and tell stories that are deep, impactful and meaningful

Yes. I helped with folding the papers and brainstorming ideas at the Sequitur - Westdale's student newspaper

My feature story on Carleton women's basketball national championships in 2018
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Aim for the stars and don't limit yourself and your imagination and hunger to go after the stories you want.

Anytime is good but especially during the week.

Whenever people come to me with ideas for doing in-depth profiles that go beyond the box score
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
Writing a story that does not involve interviewing people. That's just lazy journalism
