Michael Evers’s Biography

For more than 25 years, Michael Evers served as executive director of Project Cure, Inc., in Bradenton, Florida. Responsible for its overall strategy and day-to-day operations, Evers oversaw a consumer advocacy group that taught the public about the benefits of natural remedies in treating and preventing diseases, as well as about the dangers of certain artificial substances. Publications released by the organization include Potential Prevention and Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease with Natural Therapeutics, Treatment of Heart Disease with Natural Therapeutics, and Alternative Medicine: A Challenge to Federal and State Regulators. During his tenure with the entity, Michael Evers appeared on shows such as Good Morning America and The Today Show to discuss health-related federal laws.

Before joining Project Cure, Evers attended the University of Alabama. As an undergraduate, he graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in English. Remaining with the institution, he acquired a juris doctor from its School of Law. In the late 2000s, he continued his education by enrolling at the Gemological Institute of America and becoming a graduate gemologist.
