Started out on The Press of Atlantic City's copy desk, just about fresh out of college. My three-year tenure there was the only graduate course in journalism I'd ever need. Then I moved on to The Record of Bergen County's copy desk for a year before winding up at Dow Jones in 2008. Since then, I've been an editor, a writer, an editing writer, and a writing editor: breaking news, commentary, analysis, blog posts. I've also branched out into entertainment coverage.
