Many times. I had a sweet Olivetti electric for years.
Who's your favorite fictional journalist?
Ludwig Bemelmans -- not the Madeleine series, but his stories and novels for adults. He was quite a raconteur!
What's your favorite social network?
Oddly enough, it's Meetup, because they don't make you a product and sell you.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I published my own satirical newspaper while in high school -- it had about six issues. I also did photography for the yearbook.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
A professional article in Conservation Biology that argued that not just the science, but the management, needs tough reviewing.
What's your favorite drink?
Very dry cider.
