Were looking to pick up a few homes at a time, and portfolios are ideal, but individual properties work too. Our preferred area is St. Louis but will consider other landlord friendly areas. Buy box is 2+ beds, rent is over $1200, price point is between 60-100k, and as turnkey as possible.
