When Was the Last Time You Were a Beginner at Something?
As a teenager, our daughter became fanatical about rock climbing. Since my wife and I were spending untold hours at the climbing gym anyway, we decided to take it up too. Is it unusual to start rock climbing in your forties? Yes. Did it look pretty? Let’s just say that the impressive climber in the photograph above is not me. You don’t know humility until you’ve watched a seven-year-old scamper past you while you grunt and sweat your way up a V1 boulder.
The Stories Within Our Artifacts
Being a collector can mean many things. Most associate physical media collecting with geeks surrounded by bookshelves of video games that will never get played. Others will hold five PlayStation games in their hands and feel just as much pride in their collection, however small it may be. We hold on to our discs and cartridges even today, as they hold the memories of our experiences. Who does Tennessee basketball play next in Players Era Festival?
Tennessee basketball secured a spot in the top-four of the Players Era Festival and could play for the title on Nov. 26. The top two teams play in a championship game and the third and fourth teams play in a third-place game.

No matter what we're playing, we want to share with you and maybe send you down the path to try something new.

I am rarely stunned into silence while watching an announcement stream. Sony did it back in 2015 with Shenmue III, and bizarrely, Nintendo has now done it with the announcement of the Virtual Boy, coming to the Nintendo Classics library. It was a very confusing moment in time for me, as I am pretty obsessed with the Virtual Boy. I am intrigued by its story, the concepts behind it, the reason why it exists, and how it fell well short of meeting any meager expectations Nintendo had for it.
