1. Introduction The discovery of graphene and other two-dimensional (2D) crystals opened a new page in the physics of low-dimensional systems [1,2] and triggered the research aimed at the development of efficient sources and detectors of terahertz radiation based on 2D Dirac materials [3,4]. In small-size samples, e.g., flakes obtained by mechanical exfoliation, the important and sometimes decisive role in the formation of photoelectric response is played by edges and nearby regions [5,6].
