Millicent’s athletic journey began as a varsity basketball player for Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (now Toronto Metropolitan University), where she was a key member of the Rams Women’s Basketball team from 1988 to 1992. She graduated with a BSc in Environmental Health, a field that aligns with her focus on health and well-being.

In addition to her personal and professional endeavors, Millicent Prince served as the president of the board of directors for Women’s Health in Women’s Hands (WHIWH), an organization supporting racialized women in Toronto.
