Intense pulsed light rejuvenates UVB-induced photoaging in human keratinocytes and guinea pig skin by inhibition of ERK-AP-1-MMP pathway
Abstract Skin photoaging is predominantly induced by ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. Intense pulsed light (IPL) is a commonly employed non-ablative treatment for photoaging. However, the effects and mechanisms of IPL on UV-induced skin photoaging remain insufficiently understood. In this study, we aimed to examine the anti-photoaging effects of IPL and elucidate the underlying mechanisms.
JA‐responsive R2R3‐type MYB transcription factor OsMYB4P confers broad‐spectrum antiviral immunity in rice
Introduction Rice (Oryza sativa L.), the primary food source for more than half of the global population (Dobermann and Fairhurst, 2000), is frequently threatened by viral diseases during its growth, particularly insect-borne diseases, such as southern rice black stripe dwarf disease (SRBSDD) and rice stripe disease (RSD), causing enormous losses in both yield and quality.

Coccidiosis: Recent Progress in Host Immunity and Alternatives to Antibiotic Strategies
1. Introduction Coccidiosis is a major enteric infection of poultry that is estimated to cost more than USD 14.5 billion annual losses globally [1]. Although coccidiosis control using various anticoccidial chemicals, such as ionophores, coccidiocides, and coccidiostats, has long been a mainstream strategy in modern poultry production, alternative control strategies to antibiotics are necessary owing to the antibiotic ban [2].

Study on the pathogenicity, immunogenicity, endogenous development and drug sensitivity of Eimeria kongi
1. Introduction It was recognized that the monoxenous coccidia of the genus Eimeria Schneider, 1875 (Apicomplexa: Eimeriidae) is a protozoan parasite, which can cause coccidiosis in animals including livestock and is mainly characterized by severe enteritis involving diarrhea (1, 2).
