Bridging radiology and pathology: domain-generalized cross-modal learning for clinical - npj Digital Medicine
Abstract Reliable interpretation of clinical imaging requires integrating complementary evidence across modalities, yet most AI systems remain limited by single-modality analysis and poor generalization across institutions.
Soil Microbial Blueprint: Predicting Soil Dominant Bacterial Genera Distribution Across Australia
1 Introduction Soil bacteria are among the most abundant microorganisms in soil ecosystems (Banerjee and Van Der Heijden 2023) and constitute a significant portion of terrestrial biodiversity. They play crucial roles in nutrient cycling, carbon sequestration, and overall ecosystem productivity (Delgado-Baquerizo et al. 2016).

Assembly and Functionality of 2D Protein Arrays
1 Introduction Proteins, as highly adaptable biomolecules, exhibit a wide range of structural complexities, chemical diversities, and functional capabilities.[1-4] These characteristics enable them to form both static and dynamic structures, which play crucial roles in specialized cellular processes.[5-10] Drawing inspiration from natural biological systems, proteins have been recognized as optimal building blocks for the bottom–up construction of sophisticated multidimensional...
Carbon to nitrogen stoichiometry of organic amendments influences the improvement of aggregate stability of a cropping vertisol
1 INTRODUCTION Soil aggregates support many crucial functions, including water and nutrient cycling, storing carbon, and providing a habitat for plant roots and microbes (Creamer et al., 2022; Oades, 1984). Vertisols, soils with a high content of shrinking-swelling clays, cation exchange capacity and fertility, are one of the most productive soils when properly managed (Schweizer et al., 2022).

Enhanced photocatalytic H2O2 production using BiOCl nanosheets decorated with Pd nanoparticles and polyethyleneimine
Enhanced photocatalytic H2O2 production using BiOCl nanosheets decorated with Pd nanoparticles and polyethyleneimine† The photocatalytic conversion of endless solar energy into storable and usable chemical energy, such as photocatalytic hydrogen peroxide production, is promising and attractive. However, a satisfactory hydrogen peroxide yield has not been achieved using photocatalysts due to the rapid recombination of photoexcited carriers and the rapid decomposition of H2O2.
