Assessment of the quality and reliability of short-form videos on subarachnoid hemorrhage: a cross-platform content analysis
Abstract Short-form video platforms are increasingly used for health information, but the quality and reliability of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) content remain unclear. This study evaluated Chinese-language SAH-related videos across three major platforms. This cross-sectional study analyzed 228 videos from Douyin, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu. Video characteristics, engagement metrics, uploader type, and six predefined content domains were recorded.
Multipolar Coupling Engineered by Normalized Geometric Torsion for Enhanced Chiral Plasmonic Responses
1 Introduction Surface plasmon-enhanced chiral response has become a thriving interdisciplinary field combining nanophotonics, chiral chemistry, and biomedicine, solving the critical problem of weak inherent chiroptical signals in natural chiral molecules [1-5]. The localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of noble metal nanostructures enables subwavelength electromagnetic field confinement and enhancement, which greatly strengthens the light-matter interaction of chiral molecules.
Association of platelet to highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (PHR) with stroke and its subtypes: a large prospective cohort study
Abstract The platelet to highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (PHR) is an emerging indicator reflecting the balance between thrombogenesis and lipid metabolism inflammation. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between PHR and stroke and its subtypes (ischemic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage). This study included 400,318 participants without prior stroke history in the UK Biobank. Participants were grouped according to PHR tertiles.

Comparative Effects of Two Acupuncture Protocols in the Management of Chronic Insomnia: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Abstract Background Chronic Insomnia Disorder (CID) significantly impairs both sleep quality and daytime functioning. However, current treatments have limited efficacy in improving daytime function and are often associated with side effects. This highlights the urgent need for effective and safe therapeutic approaches that can target both nocturnal and daytime symptoms.

Strain controlled thermal regulator realized in two-dimensional black and blue phosphorene in-plane heterostructure
The reversible phase transition of two-dimensional material allotropes induced by strain engineering has promising applications in nanoelectromechanical systems and memories. Here, we report a series of black and blue phosphorene superlattice (BBPS) can be formed by reversible phase transition between them.
