Randall Jordan is correct when he writes that the millions of Americans (such as myself) who believe in government accountability and the protection of constitutional liberties deserve respect (“Republican Party of SLO responds to ‘eradicate MAGA’ remarks,” July 9). However, MAGA is a white supremacist organization. It deserves no respect. The election of Donald Trump has allowed white Christian nationalists to come out into the open.
