Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and capillary hemangioblastoma (HB) are distinct lesions, constituting vascular malformations and vascular neoplasms of the CNS, respectively [1]. As AVM and HB are distinct lesions with respect to classification, developmental biology and management, their copresentation – spatially, temporally or as intermixed lesions – is a rare occurrence. We report the third presentation of an ‘intermixed’ AVM and HB.
