How is social media changing news?

News spreads quicker via social media and can unify a community of fans who react to the news.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

Entering journalism and motorsport can be challenging. It requires patience and groundwork, but it is a special career filled with enriching experiences.

What's your favorite social network?

X/Twitter because it lets me chat with fellow sports car racing enthusiasts.

Why did you become a journalist?

I favour the freedom to express and describe in a writing assignment, and I wanted to combine that with my motorsport interest.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I interviewed Tom Kristensen, made my motorsport reporting debut at Daytona, but my favourite feature is the Era Motorsport Can-Am piece.

What's your favorite drink?

Water is refreshing, especially when I need to hydrate.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Possibly reading a book or at a race track!
