Abstract China is a key driver of global marine economic growth, and a critical region for advancing the synergistic governance of pollution reduction and carbon mitigation. The environmentally extended input-output table serves as the core foundation for research on industrial environmental impacts. However, existing dataset do not effectively distinguish between land-based and marine industries, and thus cannot adequately support research on land-sea synergistic pollution and carbon reduction.
