Currently serving as Online Editor at Cape Community Media, I oversee digital publishing, audience growth, social media strategy, SEO, analytics, and content performance across multiple community news brands.

Throughout my career, I have reported on a wide range of subjects including news, crime, sport, business, politics, lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and human-interest stories. My experience spans local, regional, national, and international media organisations, including Cape Argus, Habari Media, Newton Media's Intelligent Insurer, and the DFA.

I have a strong track record in breaking news, newsroom coordination, audience development, and multimedia storytelling. I am passionate about producing accurate, engaging journalism and using audience insights to grow readership while maintaining the highest editorial standards.
In my current role, I have helped drive significant growth across CCM's digital platforms, with multiple publications recording substantial increases in reach, engagement, audience acquisition, and website traffic.
