Muyela Roberto is a journalist with over 9 yrs of experience. He graduated from Maseno University with a BA in Communication & Media with IT in 2017. He currently works in Production Department at Equity Group. Before that, he worked as an SEO specialist and content creator at US law firm, Trademarkia 2025 to early 2026. Earlier on, he worked extensively at TUKO.co.ke, where he was the head of the business desk (HOD) between 2023 and 2024. He served as lead copy editor at TUKO (2021-2023). Before copy editing, he was a business and current affairs editor. (2018-2021).

He's also worked as a content and SEO consultant and Bizna Kenya (2025 to early 2026).

He has a bias toward aviation, intellectual property, finance, and personal finance reporting.
He's undergone training from Google News Initiative, Digital ABC by WAN-IFRA, & Media Lab 101 by Kenya Airways.
Before TUKO, he worked as People Daily correspondent in Kisumu, Scholar Media correspondent and contributor at Kenya News Agency.
