Nicholas Ferrell

I run two writing websites. My main project is The New Leaf Journal, the perennially virid online writing magazine where you will find my long-form writing. I started a second site called The Emu Café Social, which I use for short-form posts and enhanced ActivityPub/IndieWeb functionality. I write about my interests which include, but are not limited to, but not limited to, the last stand of Constantine XI, doping in cycling, photos around Brooklyn, and my thoughts on mid-2000s localizations of indie Japanese visual novels. By day, I am a legal writer and research specialist in the area of U.S. immigration law.
