Introduction Ischemic stroke is still the leading cause of disability and death in the world (Stinear et al., 2020). The best treatment is to open the occluded vessels as soon as possible and rescue the ischemic penumbra in time (Meyers et al., 2019). However, the recovery of cerebral blood flow can lead to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, aggravate neuronal apoptosis, lead to nerve injury cascade reaction, and affect the recovery of nerve function and prognosis (Broughton et al., 2009).
