There are millions of ways or things you can be happy about. It is natural that you feel happy when you are around your closed ones or when you are doing something you love or when you travel, talk, cook etc. But Do you feel happy on your own? When you are alone with your thoughts, do you feel gloomy or do you enjoy your company? We distract ourselves from our pain and deep thoughts by keeping ourselves busy with trivial unneccessary things. We hangout with people all the time and feel happy.
Why do you feel unloved.
No matter how much we earn or the things we know. There is always a feeling of not being loved or accepted. We as humans only need two things. One is to be loved and other is to belong. When we feel unloved, we make it directly proportional to our self worth. We start doubting our worth based on the behaviour of others. We often forget ourselves and we try to impress others in order to feel loved or special. We put our happiness and identity in the hands of others.
