6 FURTHER DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS This study has addressed our bibliometric questions to foster a collective understanding of what is happening with WG/JUG research. The articles we reviewed discuss a range of policy and service areas, with many focusing on health, public order, and safety issues, as well as national defense and security, and foreign military aid pertinent to the international policy arena which was omitted from the analysis of Carey and Crammond (2015).
