Naomi Soldon’s Biography
Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1990, Naomi Soldon has been practicing labor and employment law. Now, she serves as a partner at Soldon McCoy.
Naomi has extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts. In addition to being admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, as well as the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan, she is also a member of the Wisconsin State Bar.
Naomi has extensive experience with health and pension fund disputes. She frequently obtains reimbursement for large claims as the third-party representative for labor-management trusts. Naomi also drafts and reviews ERISA documents for compliance with constantly changing laws and regulations, and appears in court handling a wide range of complex ERISA litigation.
Her experience in labor law spans over 20 years. In addition to arbitrating and litigating cases in courts nationwide, she advises union officials on general labor law issues.
In addition to arbitration, she has represented employers in state and federal courts across the country. Naomi Soldon has worked with union officers and business agents on general labor law issues, including contract drafting and interpretation, collective bargaining agreements, union organizing and representation, plant closings, family leave laws, and employer discrimination.
