The former pageant queen announced she gave birth to her and the actor’s fourth baby, a girl whom they’ve named Adelaide, on Thursday, per Us Weekly. The little one joins the couple’s other children: Asher, 3, and twins Zariah and Isabelle, 23 months. “The first moments with baby No. 4 felt so sweet and intimate,” Sanchez told the outlet.
