Nicholas Liou

Nicholas Liou worked in the area of financial services tax during his first two years of professional experience. These two years were critical in solidifying his understanding of business since they provided him with a firm foundation in accounting fundamentals. He then worked in the mergers and acquisitions area of PwC's management consulting business. At that organization, he helped clients think through and perform big cross-functional transactions by creating data narratives. After working in mergers and acquisitions for two years, Nicholas Liou decided to pursue his MBA in order to transition into the technology industry, where he aspires to serve as a strategic leader for international organizations.
