Lo and behold I was presented with the OP41 in Pisachio Green. The watch honestly works so well in many occasions. It’s hard to beat its simplicity yet playful vibe. It’s elegant enough to wear out on a date night, and still good to wear in an office with a suit in my opinion. The OP41 beside my daily, a Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe in 38mm. Here’s what happened. My Rolex AD phoned - just kidding, they didn’t. I received an e-mail instead inviting me into branch.
Isn’t this just beautiful?
Took a trip to Asia and found this beauty sat in a pre-owned watch store. I had not purchase it but now regretting that decision
Certina DS Action Diver vs. Longines HydroConquest
Going entirely based on looks in my opinion Dial design: Longines - I really like the numerals. The indices and everything on the Certina seem a little played out. Dial color: Certina - I like black over blue. I think black is more versatile. Hands: Longines - Again, I think the Certina is a little played out here. It seems all low end divers have the Mercedes hands, and if not those, they have the hands the Certina has. Bezel: Certina - I think it looks way more aggressive.

Discussion Starter · #1 · 23 m ago The wait is finally over, getting a call from my Rolex AD yesterday I was thoroughly excited for what they have in store for me. I said yes of course and that I would be there the next day to collect. Leona Lewis’ One More Sleep playing on the radio as I drove home from work. I was excited to pick up my first Rolex from an AD. Without further ado, I present to you my new companion. Love it or hate it let me know your thoughts in comments below.
Reverso Classique Handwind Fix
Discussion Starter · #1 · Sep 24, 2014 Hello there. I've recently acquired a JLC Reverso Classique hand wind(circa 2006) on croc leather strap from my dad. Problem is, the hand winding mechanism is not functioning. Apparently my dad claimed that the watch didn't work after he had over-wound the crown. Is that even possible with such a high end calibre 846/1 movement from JLC? So I was wondering; 1.
