STARR for rectocele after endoscopic mucosal resection ‐ video vignette
Rectocele is the herniation of the anterior rectal wall due to a defect in the recto‐vaginal septum [1]. The main reason for rectocele development is considered to be the weakening of the fibrous tissue that separates the rectum from the vagina [2].
