Nell Minow’s Biography

Nell Minow is contributing editor and movie critic at rogerebert.com. She has written about media from a parent's perspective at moviemom.com since 1995 and has written several books about movies including 101 Must-See Movie Moments and The Movie Mom's Guide to Family Movies.

She is also a lawyer specializing in corporate governance, and co-author of three books and author of more than 200 articles on issues including boards of directors, CEO pay, institutional investors, and shareholder activism. She is Vice Chair of ValueEdge Advisors.
