As previously disclosed, two (the "Company") will hold an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on March 31, 2023 (the "Shareholders Meeting") to submit for shareholder approval a proposal to extend the date by which the Company must consummate its initial business combination by nine months, from April 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 (the "Extension Proposal").
