Oslo, Norway - 23 September 2026 Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining") has been notified that its EPC contractor, Nordic Bulk AS, has initiated legal proceedings against Nordic Mining's subsidiary Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS ("ERG"), claiming payment of approximately NOK 50 million under the EPC contract for the Engebø Rutile and Garnet project. ERG rejects the claim.
