I am Sumit Kumar Singh, a student of law at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. My writings dwell at the confluence of law, society, and human rights, with a particular emphasis on gender justice, constitutional morality, and the lived experiences of marginalised communities. I seek to explore the law not merely as a system of rules but as a dynamic instrument of social transformation. Through my work, I aim to interrogate structures of power, question inherited injustices, and contribute to a more equitable legal discourse. I write with a consciousness shaped by both legal reasoning and human sensitivity, striving to balance analytical rigour with compassion.
