Introduction Food allergy typically presents with classic signs and symptoms of immediate type hypersensitivity. We describe a male infant with no history of an acute reaction to food but rather an unusual constellation of symptoms which resolved once milk allergy was diagnosed and his diet adjusted. Case Description A 6-month-old African American male presented with FTT, developmental delay, spasticity, normocytic anemia (Hgb: 7.9gm/dL), erythroderma, ichthyosis and hypereosinophilia.
