The real unlock is in the follow-through, where systems hold your priorities and act on them for you, under your control. Today we are introducing a new category of agents called Autopilots. Autopilots are always-on agents that work autonomously, with their own identity, and act on your behalf.

SCOSCHE BaseLynx Modular Charging System — OmarKnows
We have a lot of devices to charge in our household. Most of them are USB-C these days but we also have a fair number of Lightning Connector devices like iPad and iPods. I was searching for something that allowed me to create my own charging system - and that’s when I discovered the SCOSCHE Modular System. Dual Port Charging EndCap (3 points) – with Power Delivery - one 18W USB-C Power Delivery, and one 12W USB-A port There is a plug unit that can support 15 points each.
Privacy.com - create single merchant credit cards — OmarKnows
A few months ago, I learned about a service called Privacy.com from my trusty password manager, 1Password (review). For the past few years, I've become increasingly annoyed with companies' shoddy practices to secure personal information such as credit card data. It's become far too often that I would find fraud on my main card, and then I would have to change and update many merchants where I have automatic billing established.
Tesla PowerWall - OmarKnows
I recently had two Tesla PowerWalls installed to serve as backup for our home. My PowerWalls are powered by my solar panels which I also expanded since installing in 2015 (I added 8 panels to my home for a total of 27). I am now offsetting 50% of my power utilization a year (even with my Tesla Model 3 which consumes about 20% of my total energy each year. I want to get this out of the way and say I don’t need PowerWalls.
iPhone Xs and Apple Watch Series 4
Here is what I said about the size last year If you are coming from a plus sized phone the first thing you will notice is that this phone is smaller (a lot) and lighter. It fits in my pocket again. Years of keeping my phone in my back pocket, jacket or out on the table are now over. I can return to the normalcy of having a phone that is not a tablet size. I'm cherishing these moments where I still feel the impact of this as I will soon forget and this will become normal.

ecobee3 is an Amazing Thermostat - 5 stars
I’ve had a Nest since August 2012. It was an exciting first few years. Since installing my Nest I’ve saved about 30% on my electrical and heating bills. How? Well the Nest is just a smarter way of heating and cooling. Not to mention it’s simple to use and program, especially compared to the horrible thermostat my house came with. Nest was also my first “Internet of Things” device. Since then I’ve gotten Smart Locks, Dropcams and Nest Smoke Detectors. My house is getting smarter.
