Celoevropská ratifikace Instanbulské úmluvy dostala zelenou od europoslanců
Europoslanci dnes finálně podpořili přistoupení Evropské unie k takzvané Istanbulské úmluvě o prevenci a potírání násilí vůči ženám a domácímu násilí. Celý proces trval šest let, v roce 2017 Úmluvu za EU podepsala nynější místopředsedkyně Evropské komise Věra Jourová. Šest členských států, včetně Česka, dosud k Úmluvě nepřistoupilo. Ani čeští europoslanci při hlasování nebyli jednotní.
