BestopCloud is an interactive web application based on the R v4.2.3 programming language [32], which utilizes the Shiny v1.8.1 [19] and shinyjs v2.1.0 packages [33] to construct a user-friendly interface. The platform’s workflow comprises nine well-designed analysis modules (Fig. 1), with the “Data processing” and “Differential expression analysis” module relying on the Seurat v4.3.0 database [31], while the “Data integration” module employs the Harmony v1.2.1 algorithm [23].
