Patrick Daugherty’s Biography
An accomplished professional in the financial management industry, Patrick Daugherty possesses over a decade of experience in distressed and private equity investing. A leader in his field, Patrick Daugherty regularly speaks at industry conferences and has performed as a guest commentator for Bloomberg Television and CNBC.
Mr. Daugherty most recently served as founder and managing partner at an investment management firm in Dallas, Texas, supervising upwards of $14 billion in distressed investments and other assets. He also recently held the positions of executive chairman of the board at Cornerstone Healthcare Group Holding, Inc., and chairman of the compensation committee at Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc.
Patrick Daugherty completed a bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Texas at Austin and earned a juris doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992. Early in his career, he gained leadership experience in the financial industry as vice president of the corporate finance group at Banc of America Securities.
